This presentation will provide the background of the project to codify all of the administrative rules in Arkansas into an administrative code. It will also provide a broad overview of the codification process followed by a more granular explanation of how to project will be conducted. Finally, the presentation will provide updates from acts of the 2021 regular session of the General Assembly that affect the project.
